Purchase Membership

RGVAerial LLC Membership Agreement

RGVAerial LLC agrees to provide aerial arts classes for youth students, with at least three (3) class opportunities offered per week. Class schedules and operating hours may vary. Current offerings are available at www.rgv-aerial.com.

Membership access is granted upon:

• Signed risk waiver by the member’s legal guardian
• Payment of membership dues on the same day each month for the duration of the agreement

Membership Details

By enrolling, the member (or legal guardian) acknowledges:

• The number of classes included per month
• The total membership length (3 months)
• The monthly membership fee
• Any discounts applied (as reflected in the member’s Punchpass account)
• Awareness of the studio’s Class Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy (available on our website)

Usage Policy

• Each month, upon successful payment, the member receives eight (8) class credits.
• For memberships longer than one month, unused credits may roll over to the following month.
• All unused credits expire at the end of the 3-month membership term.
• Credits are non-transferable.

Member Responsibilities

RGVAerial is committed to maintaining a supportive, inclusive, and safe environment.

Members agree to:

• Follow our Safe Space Policy (posted on our website)
• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
• Contribute positively to our studio culture

If a member repeatedly violates studio policies or disrupts the community environment:

1. Written notice will be provided.
2. Continued violations may result in membership termination without refund.

Rules & Safety Guidelines

Members must follow all studio rules and safety guidelines, including those:

• Posted onsite
• Published online
• Provided in writing
• Communicated verbally by instructors

Policies may be updated at the discretion of RGVAerial LLC.

Failure to follow safety rules, misuse of equipment, or repeated violations may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

Membership Cancellation

Membership may be canceled without further payment obligation in cases of:

• Relocation outside the area
• Death
• Medical disability preventing participation

For all other cancellations before the 3-month term ends:
 A fee will be charged equal to the difference between:

• The month-to-month membership rate, and
• The discounted 3-month rate already paid for the months used.

Membership Payments

For memberships longer than one month:

The member (or legal guardian) authorizes RGVAerial LLC to automatically charge the provided credit/debit card or bank account each month on the same date (or nearest business day) for the duration of the membership term.

Failed Payments

If a payment is declined:

• RGVAerial may reattempt processing.
• Studio access may be suspended until the account is current.
• Accounts that remain past due may be referred to collections.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By enrolling in this membership, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all RGVAerial policies, including membership terms, cancellation policies, and safety guidelines.
