Hammock II
For ages 14+
This class is for students who have met the requirements to join hammock level II classes. In this class we will focus on working on lyra shapes, transitions and moves.
YOU NEED PRE-APPROVAL BEFORE JOINING THIS CLASS.
HAMMOCK II PRE-REQUISITES:
- Straddle inversion & angel
- Cupid
- Standing up
- Open hammock entry
- Diaper and half diaper (50% success rate)
- Hip key (50% success rate)
