This class is for students who have met the requirements to join lyra level II classes. In this class we will focus on working on lyra shapes, transitions and moves.
YOU NEED PRE-APPROVAL BEFORE JOINING THIS CLASS.
LYRA II PRE-REQUISITES:
- Side entrance
- Knee hang
- Butt hang
- Hip hang
- Knee hang from top of the bar (50% success rate)
- Pull overs (50% success rate)
