Silks II
This class is for students who have met the requirements to join silks level II classes. In this class we will focus on working on lyra shapes, transitions and moves.
YOU NEED PRE-APPROVAL BEFORE JOINING THIS CLASS.
Silks II PRE-REQUISITES:
- Foot locks in the air
- Basic and/or Russian climb (100% success rate)
- Hip keys (50% success rate)
- Unassisted inversions
